Tour Route:
Our starting point is at "Otrabanda", where we'll view some eighteenth century buildings in their restored glory. Due west of the island are stunning plantation houses, which we will visit. Our first stop in the west is at "Kas di Kunuku" (entrance fee is not included in the tour). This small museum grants us a intimate glance at life in the past for the native people of Curaçao. Our second stop in the west will be at "Museo Ka'i Orgel" (entrance fee not included in the tour). This location houses a precious item of our history, the nineteenth century music organ box. You'll be treated with a wonderful sample of our original tunes. Our third stop will be at "Landhuis Knip" (entrance fee is not included in the tour). "Landhuis Knip" stands to be the largest and historically important plantation house on the island. This is where the rebellion started which led to the abolishment of slavery.
Before we head back, upon request, we can make a stop to get some nice local food.

- "Jaanchie's" restaurant, where you will the option to combine two different dishes. Let the owner enchant you with the history of our local dishes and traditions. Enjoy the view but beware of our cute sugar-thieves! They will steal your heart!
- "Landhuis Dokterstuin" is another grand plantation house, which has been transformed into a charming restaurant. Taste our wonderful local food, made in the same loving traditions as in the past and enjoy some more of our history.
